I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew from Inizio for the renovation of my 3-room flat, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He was recommended by my sister-in-law, and after meeting with three different IDs, I knew Andrew was the right choice due to the great chemistry we had from the first meeting. This was our first time working with an ID company to renovate our new home, and we couldn’t have made a better choice! Zelyn and the Inizio team were AMAZING 💥 From the start, Zelyn guided us step by step The quotation was super detailed, pricing was also very reasonable for the value we got! She was so patient and responsive to us(newbies), always there to solve my extra issues 🥹 I could text her about a concern, and boom—problem solved! She really got our vibe, sticking to our budget while designing a home that exceeded all expectations. Simple, minimal, but still functional with tons of storage solutions!!! Bonus: I got updates throughout the whole reno—so no sneaky “oh, forgot to tell you” moments. By the end of it, my house turned out even better than what I imagined. Eze from Inizio is a highly responsible ID, always listening to our needs and together with JD, propose and use practical ways to resolve our reno challenges with stylish designs. There were late nights when we discussed on fine details of the house, such as the type of fittings, design ideas and home decor - what will be nice and what is practical to have. His patience and dedication are what impressed us. We never believe that reno will follow 100% to plan. It is most important to have someone who is there to listen, propose, be flexible to fix and co-ordinate changes with workable and stylish solutions. Eze from Inizio is the one who fits the bill! Our reno is not a simple one as it is a double storey apartment with significant outdoor area and specific requirements for fengshui. We also wanted to create separated toilet sections within a small area that fits our needs. Of course, we have a budget and timeline to adhere to as well! Reno is still on-going and we are already confident things will turn out well with Eze as the lead designer!

We found Inizio Atelier via Qanvast, among a few other IDs. We met Andrew and Dagen during our first meeting. Since we already had a general idea of the style we wanted, we needed an ID with strong values and management skills. They were professional and knowledgeable. Even in the first meeting, Andrew provided us with a lot of great information and advice as first-time homeowners. He was sincere, patient, and professional. After speaking with other IDs, we felt that we could trust Andrew to do the job well. During the design stage, Andrew was meticulous and ensured that all requirements were met. I appreciated that he did not oversell any part of the renovation and would advise us on where we should spend and where we should save based on our needs. Dagen was responsible for handling the renovation process and was very responsive throughout the entire renovation journey, from beginning to end. He communicated whenever a decision needed to be made. Even after the renovation, they were prompt in arranging rectifications for all the defects. We were impressed with the outcome and have already received many compliments on our home. We are proud to call it our own, thanks to Inizio Atelier for doing an amazing job.

We were introduced to Stellon through a mutual friend, and from the outset, it was clear that the workmanship was of quality. Stellon is patient, honest, and hardworking, and he was able to offer valuable suggestions that aligned with our vision for our new home, all while staying within our budget and timeline. We first met Guerrand at a Qanvast hangout event. We found him to be genuine and sincere when discussing our renovation goals and budget. He was not afraid to tell us if an idea we had would not fit the budget, and would suggest alternatives to work within it. He also went out of the way to liaise with some of the contractors and department store staff that we hired on our own, despite not having to do so. Whenever we found faults that had to be rectified, he would offer a solution by the end of the day and ensured that it was resolved so that we could proceed to continue with the rest of the plans and not disrupting the renovation process any further. As a project manager, he was always proactive in his updates. Whenever he was unable to do so, he would let us know that he would respond within the next day and never leave us hanging. We engaged Isabelle as we were looking for someone with a fresh, creative perspective who could help us reimagine our space with both style and functionality in mind. Her portfolio stood out for its clever use of partitions to define areas without compromising openness—something we knew we wanted. As we are on a low budget, she has assisted us and advice us where we could reduce the cost. She also assisted us on Taobao certain furniture that fit our house themes. Any changes we requested were handled gracefully and without resistance. She was patient, understanding, and always focused on finding a solution rather than placing blame or making excuses. Both the service and workmanship were impressive. The finishing touches, attention to detail, and quality of materials used reflected a strong commitment to excellence. And Yes, Isabelle was able to deliver within the agreed budget. There were no major surprises, and any cost-related discussions were open and fair.
